Surgery is not inevitable with the right treatment from a professional KMI like myself. My clients include sports coaches and people suffering from long term chronic pain. At Optimum Body, I use a number of advanced techniques to resolve pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement. Everyone in their lives experience pain, whether it is for a few day or years! I have also accomplished many other qualifications such as Nerve & Artery Release, Manual Muscle Therapy, Anatomy in Motion, Neuromuscular Testing, Trigger Point Dry Needling and Personal Training to name but a few.
We teach the human body to utilise each and every joint in the planes of movement by introducing joints and structures to their full range of motion potential with and gait specific movements. Special Focus is given to the treatment of trigger points, local ischemia, neural interference, postural and biomechanical dysfunction, nutritional factors, and emotional well being. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different, structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body. Neuromuscular Therapy is innovative and combines the best selection of soft tissue manipulation techniques developed by pioneers from a variety of profession such as osteopathy, chiropractic, naturopathy, and trigger point. By testing and retesting muscles in relation to each other, we learn which muscles are chronically tight to brace for weaker and inhibited muscles.
Your visit to Optimum body should not be painful in any way! It's hard to go wrong with an expert, you're in safe hands.
I have a persistent shoulder problem going back many, many moons. I have been to several physios with some better than others, but none providing any lasting improvement. Ronnie uses an interesting technique where he tries to determine the source of weakness through analysing the pathways to the brain and then attempting to unblock the sludge within these pathways. Looks kinda silly when he is doing it, but it seems to work. My shoulder is far from perfect (need to go back for another session) but it is definitely a major improvement from what it was. Also, Ronnie has helped me improve mot posture and walking gait, which has had tremendous overall benefits
