Pain & Injury Solutions

At OptimumBody.ie, I use a number of advanced techniques to resolve pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement. Everyone in their lives experience pain, whether it is for a few day or years! The site of pain is rarely the actual cause this is Symptomatic. Pain is not the problem it’s a signal.  To resolve your pain, the actual source needs to be found, which very often is distant to the site of pain. I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again!

Here are just some of the conditions we can address:

• Muscle imbalances and pain

• Back, neck and knee pain
