At Optimumbody.ie, we use Anatomy in Motion™ to help build a picture of your functionality and to guide treatment. The way you walk tells us what areas in your body are functioning or inhibited as your brain is processing vast amounts of data and using it to execute movement.  Adequate balance, timing, and recruitment of the musculature are imperative for smooth and efficient movement patterns. Imbalance and impairment in any part of the kinetic chain manifests to faulty and inefficient movement patterns. Skilled observation of walking and movement using video analysis provides important information about possible overstressed areas and lack of musculoskeletal mobility and stability in the kinetic chain that may be causing pain. A postural and joint range of motion assessment is also taken. From there we progress to a treatment plan.  I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again!

At Optimumbody.ie, I use a number of advanced techniques to eliminate pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement.
