Mountbellew Pain Relief

Pain Relief Mountbellew

I have spent the last number of years following a long-term goal and graduated from the world renowned KMI in Maine USA. Surgery is not inevitable with the right treatment from a professional KMI like myself. I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again. I have also looked after elderly people and those with severe muscular injuries.

Freeing a specific nerve or artery up so that it can glide more freely, or providing a very specific, slow, and gentle stretch for part of the neural or vascular network, can hugely improve muscle function, liberate movement, and realign joints. I treat fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck, knee and back pain, sports injuries, muscle injuries and joint problems. Neuromuscular Therapy is innovative and combines the best selection of soft tissue manipulation techniques developed by pioneers from a variety of profession such as osteopathy, chiropractic, naturopathy, and trigger point. We teach the human body to utilise each and every joint in the planes of movement by introducing joints and structures to their full range of motion potential with and gait specific movements. Neuromuscular Therapy is a physical or manual therapy specializing in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury.

Your visit to Optimum body should not be painful in any way! Please come dressed in athletic wear, t-shirts and shorts are ideal.

Having had a couple of motorcycle accidents and working at a sedentary job for years my back had started to seize up. I had classic sciatica pain down one leg and also down one arm when I lay on my back. I spent a couple of hours with Ronnie going through everything and basically learning to walk properly again. Ronnie is very honest, refreshingly so. He gave me a set of very simple exercises which only take a few minutes a day and basically told me to keep moving... It's been about 6 months since I saw Ronnie and my back has just got better and better, the more I move the easier it is to move, a virtuous circle. Was footing turf today! I would highly recommend him, be prepared to have your eyes opened and learn how to get the best from the body you have.
