At Optimum Body, I use a number of advanced techniques to resolve pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement. Having known Ronnie through sport for a number of years I decided to give him a call and have a chat about his work as I had a number of on going injuries. 6 months later I made an appointment and travelled to see him about my glutes and lower back which had been causing me huge problems for around 20 years.
