Milltown Pain Relief

Pain Relief Milltown

At Optimum Body, I use a number of advanced techniques to resolve pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement. Everyone in their lives experience pain, whether it is for a few day or years! Back problems, slipped discs and other related issues are common ailments I deal with. I have also accomplished many other qualifications such as Nerve & Artery Release, Manual Muscle Therapy, Anatomy in Motion, Neuromuscular Testing, Trigger Point Dry Needling and Personal Training to name but a few. With years of experience, I have a long list of satisfied clients who are happy with their new freedom from pain and stress.

By testing and retesting muscles in relation to each other, we learn which muscles are chronically tight to brace for weaker and inhibited muscles. Injury, inhibition, bad posture to compensate and adapt sets in after foot injuries, along with poor movement this becomes a lifetime habit, with a downward spiral eventually leading to pain. Finding the right combination of nerves and arteries to release can be the missing key to addressing your pain. If your foot is not functioning properly then it is fair to say that no joint in your body is working efficiently. I treat fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck, knee and back pain, sports injuries, muscle injuries and joint problems.

It takes on average three to five visits to fix most problems, but chronic habits can take a bit longer. You'll be looking for a long while before you find anyone that gets results like we do. Your visit to Optimum body should not be painful in any way!

I booked in with Ronnie not really knowing what to expect, after spending the price of a small mortgage on every remedy known to man which would "cure" lower back pain and hopping from one physio to the next, constantly being told i have lazy glutes and tight QL i finally bit the bullet and booked in.
what a wierd machine the body really is. Ronnie found within 10 minutes that i had taken a wallop to the back of the head in my younger years which can be to blame for my pain. Every morning since i wake up waiting for the Pain/stiffness/weakness to rear its ugly head but thankfully nothing has surfaced. It was a pleasure to meet with Ronnie and learn about pain and the importance of movement and stability and how to use this in everyday life. One session with Ronnie really does open your eyes to the world of pain prevention and how to use your body and make it work for you.
How does an operation 10 years ago impact on a total different part of the body? ridiculously interesting how appyling pressure to that old wound can completely blow out all the muscles. Mind boggling stuff.
A big thanks to Ronnie for his expertise and i Look forward to booking another session in the near future to learn more.
100% reccomend anyone with a long term pain issue to book in and enjoy the painfree movement  :)
