The site of pain is rarely the actual cause, this is usually symptomatic of problems in another location. At Optimum Body, I use a number of advanced techniques to resolve pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement. Everyone in their lives experience pain, whether it is for a few day or years! I have also accomplished many other qualifications such as Nerve & Artery Release, Manual Muscle Therapy, Anatomy in Motion, Neuromuscular Testing, Trigger Point Dry Needling and Personal Training to name but a few. Pain is often not the problem but rather a signal, to resolve your pain, the actual source needs to be found, which is sometimes distant to the site of pain.
In the brain there is a motor control centre, where all movement patterns are coordinated, so to move, messages are sent from the control centre via the spine and to the muscles where movement then takes place. By testing and retesting muscles in relation to each other, we learn which muscles are chronically tight to brace for weaker and inhibited muscles. Finding the right combination of nerves and arteries to release can be the missing key to addressing your pain. Muscle testing is an excellent modality in rehabilitation and manual therapy because it not only identifies the cause of pain and dysfunction, but also corrects it very quickly and painlessly. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different, structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body.

Having known Ronnie through sport for a number of years I decided to give him a call and have a chat about his work as I had a number of on going injuries. 6 months later I made an appointment and travelled to see him about my glutes and lower back which had been causing me huge problems for around 20 years. It proved to be a great decision.Ronnie asked a lot of questions, looked at how I was moving, caused me no pain and gave me the tools to make the difference. I'm improving everyday, definitely a massive improvement in a short space of time.
