Kilcolgan Pain ReliefPain Relief Kilcolgan
Back problems, slipped discs and other related issues are common ailments I deal with. I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again. My clients include sports coaches and people suffering from long term chronic pain. The site of pain is rarely the actual cause, this is usually symptomatic of problems in another location.
Injury, inhibition, bad posture to compensate and adapt sets in after foot injuries, along with poor movement this becomes a lifetime habit, with a downward spiral eventually leading to pain. Neuromuscular Therapy is a physical or manual therapy specializing in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different, structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body. I treat fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck, knee and back pain, sports injuries, muscle injuries and joint problems. In the brain there is a motor control centre, where all movement patterns are coordinated, so to move, messages are sent from the control centre via the spine and to the muscles where movement then takes place.
It takes on average three to five visits to fix most problems, but chronic habits can take a bit longer. It's hard to go wrong with an expert, you're in safe hands.
I booked in with Ronnie not really knowing what to expect, after spending the price of a small mortgage on every remedy known to man which would "cure" lower back pain and hopping from one physio to the next, constantly being told i have lazy glutes and tight QL i finally bit the bullet and booked in.
what a wierd machine the body really is. Ronnie found within 10 minutes that i had taken a wallop to the back of the head in my younger years which can be to blame for my pain. Every morning since i wake up waiting for the Pain/stiffness/weakness to rear its ugly head but thankfully nothing has surfaced. It was a pleasure to meet with Ronnie and learn about pain and the importance of movement and stability and how to use this in everyday life. One session with Ronnie really does open your eyes to the world of pain prevention and how to use your body and make it work for you.
How does an operation 10 years ago impact on a total different part of the body? ridiculously interesting how appyling pressure to that old wound can completely blow out all the muscles. Mind boggling stuff.
A big thanks to Ronnie for his expertise and i Look forward to booking another session in the near future to learn more.
100% reccomend anyone with a long term pain issue to book in and enjoy the painfree movement :)
