Inishmaan Pain Relief

Pain Relief Inishmaan

Back problems, slipped discs and other related issues are common ailments I deal with. My clients include sports coaches and people suffering from long term chronic pain. The site of pain is rarely the actual cause, this is usually symptomatic of problems in another location. Pain is often not the problem but rather a signal, to resolve your pain, the actual source needs to be found, which is sometimes distant to the site of pain.

Neuromuscular Therapy is innovative and combines the best selection of soft tissue manipulation techniques developed by pioneers from a variety of profession such as osteopathy, chiropractic, naturopathy, and trigger point. Injury, inhibition, bad posture to compensate and adapt sets in after foot injuries, along with poor movement this becomes a lifetime habit, with a downward spiral eventually leading to pain. I also handle muscle spasms and headaches. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different,  structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body. In the brain there is a motor control centre, where all movement patterns are coordinated, so to move, messages are sent from the control centre via the spine and to the muscles where movement then takes place.

It takes on average three to five visits to fix most problems, but chronic habits can take a bit longer. It's hard to go wrong with an expert, you're in safe hands.

Having had a couple of motorcycle accidents and working at a sedentary job for years my back had started to seize up. I had classic sciatica pain down one leg and also down one arm when I lay on my back. I spent a couple of hours with Ronnie going through everything and basically learning to walk properly again. Ronnie is very honest, refreshingly so. He gave me a set of very simple exercises which only take a few minutes a day and basically told me to keep moving... It's been about 6 months since I saw Ronnie and my back has just got better and better, the more I move the easier it is to move, a virtuous circle. Was footing turf today! I would highly recommend him, be prepared to have your eyes opened and learn how to get the best from the body you have.
