Galway Pain Relief

Pain Relief Galway

I have spent the last number of years following a long-term goal and graduated from the world renowned KMI in Maine USA. Back problems, slipped discs and other related issues are common ailments I deal with. I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again. With years of experience, I have a long list of satisfied clients who are happy with their new freedom from pain and stress.

Freeing a specific nerve or artery up so that it can glide more freely, or providing a very specific, slow, and gentle stretch for part of the neural or vascular network, can hugely improve muscle function, liberate movement, and realign joints. Injury, inhibition, bad posture to compensate and adapt sets in after foot injuries, along with poor movement this becomes a lifetime habit, with a downward spiral eventually leading to pain. Neuromuscular Therapy is a physical or manual therapy specializing in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury. If your foot is not functioning properly then it is fair to say that no joint in your body is working efficiently. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different,  structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body.

It takes on average three to five visits to fix most problems, but chronic habits can take a bit longer. You'll be looking for a long while before you find anyone that gets results like we do. Your visit to Optimum body should not be painful in any way!

I have a persistent shoulder problem going back many, many moons. I have been to several physios with some better than others, but none providing any lasting improvement. Ronnie uses an interesting technique where he tries to determine the source of weakness through analysing the pathways to the brain and then attempting to unblock the sludge within these pathways. Looks kinda silly when he is doing it, but it seems to work. My shoulder is far from perfect (need to go back for another session) but it is definitely a major improvement from what it was. Also, Ronnie has helped me improve mot posture and walking gait, which has had tremendous overall benefits
