Clifden Pain Relief

Pain Relief Clifden

I have spent the last number of years following a long-term goal and graduated from the world renowned KMI in Maine USA. I have also accomplished many other qualifications such as Nerve & Artery Release, Manual Muscle Therapy, Anatomy in Motion, Neuromuscular Testing, Trigger Point Dry Needling and Personal Training to name but a few. I have also looked after elderly people and those with severe muscular injuries. I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again.

Freeing a specific nerve or artery up so that it can glide more freely, or providing a very specific, slow, and gentle stretch for part of the neural or vascular network, can hugely improve muscle function, liberate movement, and realign joints. Finding the right combination of nerves and arteries to release can be the missing key to addressing your pain. I treat fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck, knee and back pain, sports injuries, muscle injuries and joint problems. Anatomy in Motion is an amazing assessment and correction protocol for gait (walking) analysis and foot function. Neuromuscular Therapy is a physical or manual therapy specializing in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury.

Please come dressed in athletic wear, t-shirts and shorts are ideal. You'll be looking for a long while before you find anyone that gets results like we do. Your visit to Optimum body should not be painful in any way!

I have a persistent shoulder problem going back many, many moons. I have been to several physios with some better than others, but none providing any lasting improvement. Ronnie uses an interesting technique where he tries to determine the source of weakness through analysing the pathways to the brain and then attempting to unblock the sludge within these pathways. Looks kinda silly when he is doing it, but it seems to work. My shoulder is far from perfect (need to go back for another session) but it is definitely a major improvement from what it was. Also, Ronnie has helped me improve mot posture and walking gait, which has had tremendous overall benefits
