Castlegar Pain Relief

Pain Relief Castlegar

I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again. Back problems, slipped discs and other related issues are common ailments I deal with. My clients include sports coaches and people suffering from long term chronic pain. Surgery is not inevitable with the right treatment from a professional KMI like myself.

Neuromuscular Therapy is a physical or manual therapy specializing in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury. Injury, inhibition, bad posture to compensate and adapt sets in after foot injuries, along with poor movement this becomes a lifetime habit, with a downward spiral eventually leading to pain. Every single person has a “Pattern” in his or her Body everyone is different,  structural integration works on bringing a “patterned” order in the Human body. I treat fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, neck, knee and back pain, sports injuries, muscle injuries and joint problems. We teach the human body to utilise each and every joint in the planes of movement by introducing joints and structures to their full range of motion potential with and gait specific movements.

It takes on average three to five visits to fix most problems, but chronic habits can take a bit longer. It's hard to go wrong with an expert, you're in safe hands.

Over the last 14 years I've watched my husband become more and more imobile. He has had 2 motorcycle crashes. The first about 25 years ago, damaged his right tibia (shin) going up into his knee. The 2nd about 14 years ago resulted in a compound, comunuted fracture of his left femur (thigh bone) and his right tibia and fibula being crushed. So for the last 14 years he has had one leg shorter than the other. He has slowly become less mobile. His spine slowly adapted to his leg shortness. He began to seize up. In September 2016 I heard about Ronnie. In October 2016 we went to see him.
We spent almost 2 hours with Ronnie one Saturday morning. It was an eye opener. Ronnie showed my husband how to move. How to get into a position that allowed his body to remember how it should be, not how it was. Ronnie showed him how to move without pain.
It's now May 2017 and he is still moving, without pain. He did what he was told. He does his exercises. He heals himself under the guidance of Ronnie. The human body is amazing and Ronnie is an amazing guide.
