I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again. At Optimum Body, I use a number of advanced techniques to resolve pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement. Everyone in their lives experience pain, whether it is for a few day or years! We offer superior pain relief therapy in Galway and throughout the west of Ireland. I have spent the last number of years following a long-term goal and graduated from the world renowned KMI in Maine USA.
Neuromuscular Therapy is a physical or manual therapy specializing in the treatment of soft tissue pain and injury. By testing and retesting muscles in relation to each other, we learn which muscles are chronically tight to brace for weaker and inhibited muscles. Structural Integration re-educates the body towards an improved vertical and horizontal alignment. Special Focus is given to the treatment of trigger points, local ischemia, neural interference, postural and biomechanical dysfunction, nutritional factors, and emotional well being. Freeing a specific nerve or artery up so that it can glide more freely, or providing a very specific, slow, and gentle stretch for part of the neural or vascular network, can hugely improve muscle function, liberate movement, and realign joints.
So give me a call today and I'll deal with your pain! Your visit to Optimum body should not be painful in any way!

After putting up with Groin Pain every time I played Hurling for over 8 Months ~ After 1 session with the man himself, my whole perspective shifted, number 1 on how we view pain & actual 'injuries' themselves and number 2, my pain kindly f**ked off which was the main thing :) A man at the top of his game that continues to progress & perfect his craft & knowledge of the human body. If you've been trying and getting no where - or just been told to 'stretch and you'll be grand' kinda thing in the past - I'm confident Ronnie will sort you. There's 3 people in the Physio World that I recommend around Galway and Ronnie is one of those 3.
