After trauma, either a car accident, or a sudden fall to the ground, the body tends to favour the most intense pain. The most seriously affected region is not always the area to treat. Even if an injury has only one region of impact it may create lesions/pain far from the trauma and for a long time after its occurrence. Compensation and adaptation is stored after every tissue injury or trauma happens, over the years your body deals with all of this until it cant adapt or compensate any more, the end result is pain. I use a whole body integrated approach to help you resolve your pain and improve your quality of life and movement once again!

Here are just some of the conditions we can address:

• Whiplash

• Bulging discs/Spinal issues

• Joint damage

• Breathing dysfunction

• Concussion

• Neuralgia

At Optimumbody.ie, I use a number of advanced techniques to eliminate pain, improve performance, and restore healthy movement.
